CCA agreement not received

Have not as yet received CCA agreement from Claimant,and would want to advise on whether I can highlight that on Defense form before submitting the form...

You have to hope they can't find ir - debt is unenforceable.

In your Defence you could write you did not receive the CCA within 12 working days. You could make a complaint to the FCA and put that in your Defence too.

Forgot to ask if you put a £1 coin in the envelope? Is that for real? Surely these financial institutions aren't that hard up.
