    Nothing has been stated to UKPC or the courts yet. We filed the acknowledgment and stated we were going to defend the claim in full, we requested copies of all the documents and the contract between UKPC and the landowner in respect of the parking.

    We received the copies of the documents and signage but no copy of contract yet.
    Looks like you've already filed your defence.
    Hopefully the last part of it is acceptable to the court....a bare denial can be sanctionable & possibly result in the defence being struck out.
    Check the current status of the claim with the court (Northampton CCBC).
    If the N9B response was filed via MCOL, you can check on there.
    See if there is a bar to filing further defence details.
