Hi I have a debt with for a personal CC originally with Aqua, that was passed on to Wescot, then to Cabot & now they have sent a letter from a company called Orbit for a visit to my house.
debt is just over 5k, as I have explained in another thread, I lost my work once Covid began & have a fair few debts, that where always paid on time pre covid, this debt just seems to be getting passed around, I understand I don’t have to discuss anything with any field agent that comes to my door, I have never requested any documentation from them or any of the previous companies that where assigned the debt, as I am off the understanding that I don’t need to unless they send me a letter before action. Is that correct.
