N1 claim form

I could really use an N1 in word format. Has anyone any idea if such an animal exists? The internet only offers N1 in pdf format.

DocHub has N1 Word, but you might have to set up an account to access.

You could convert the N1 PDF to Word (I'm sure you know this)

The difficulty always is what you want to do with formatting - boxes etc.

Doesn't the box extend as you type.
