  • Interim Costs Order

Is an interim costs order payable when the order is made or is another order made at the end of the proceedings, and then it's payable?

Subject to the exact words of the order, it is payable within 14 days.

The costs order that is payable is from a year ago, still unpaid, but the court has since changed the names of the defendant. Is it still enforceable under the old defendant's name?
