    Are the opposing parties Legal Aid Documents Discoverable?

    Hi

    Can I apply for discovery in regards to the opposing parties Legal Aid applications, as I know they have lied to the court and would not have been funded if they told the truth to Legal Aid. I am in Northern Ireland but am happy to hear the laws in other parts of the UK.

      It is open to you to complain to the Legal Aid Agency that legal aid was wrongly granted.
