  • Parking Fine - do I have to pay it?

So last week my dad was staying for 3 nights at a caravan and camping site at Durham Rowing Club, I went to visit him for a few hours and I have now received a letter from parkingeye saying I owe £100 or I can pay £60 if I pay by 16th March. There were signs on my way into the campsite about parking and fines but there was no info on any of the signs about visitors to see residents of the campsite. Is there a way out of paying this fine or will I have to bite the bullet? Thanks Barry

Post up the Notice (or Notices) front & rear, redact personal identifiers but leave all times & dates visible.
Obviously we'll need to see copies of the signs.
