  • Part 36 Offer cost consequences for claimant where claim is not issued

    What if I, the claimant, were to serve a Part 36 offer pre-action. The would be-defendant rejects the offer, No claim is ever issued by me. What are the cost consequences for me? For example, would the would-be defendant be able to claim for costs in dealing with the Part 36 offer?
