Hi
Today, out of the blue I received a letter from a court with a notice of application for attachment of earnings order.
This definitely is not mine I do not have any ccjs against me. I have checked my credit score. I do not know the person claiming, have not previously received any details about the claim.
I can only assume that this is a case of mistaken identity. I tried calling the court but no one was available. Does anyone know where I stand? How do I prove to the court that they have sent this to the wrong person?
