CCJ sent to wrong address - Overdales / Lowell

Hi all,

Overdales called me today to tell me I have had a CCJ added to my credit file from Lowell on 5th Jan 2023. This was the first I had heard about it.

I moved house in Jan 2022 and sent an email to Lowell with my new address. However, all communication about this CCJ was sent to my old address.

I'm now panicking because I've got until 5th Feb '23 to sort out a payment arrangement or pay in full.

Am I able to fight this based on the incorrect address?
