  • General form of Judgement or order

Hi, i applied to court as a company did not complete work at my home, this company failed to carry out work after SCC mediation and under guidance from Citizens advice i applied to court without hearing for the the work or money equivalent. today i received the above form.
i am the claimant am i to assume that this is giving the defendant days to apply against this order once the appropriate fee is paid and then the hearing will be transferred to a local court?.
    Many thanks in advance.

Just post up a redacted copy of the form so we can see what it says!
