  • Consent order sent to court: what next?

Hello all and thank you in advance for any help.

I had a default judgement registered against me where I have been able to agree a consent order from the claimant as the debt is now paid. I've sent the N244 form and the consent order to the court and they have told me it was processed on 03/10/22. I called to ask today for next steps and they didn't have much info other than it can take up to 16 weeks for a judge to look at applications currently. I'm trying to get an understanding of when this might come off my record. Does that happen as soon as the judge makes a decision on it (presuming they agree to set aside)?

    Thank you again.

You assume the court will agree
What is the reason the set aside ?
The judge may think this is "credit washing" and decline to set it aside
But id agreed to within a month of the order being drawn up to coming off your credit files.
