  • (i) a direction that each party shall, at least 14 days before the date..

    Good Morning

Could someone, please advise me on the court procedure for document disclosure, my hearing is on the 4th of November, and I still haven't received anything from Mortimer Clarke, (less than 14 clear days before the hearing) does this mean they can't use any documents in the hearing?

    (i) a direction that each party shall, at least 14 days before the date fixed for the final hearing, file and serve on every other party copies of all documents (including any expert’s report) on which he intends to rely at the hearing.

    Thank you in advance.

Sorry, forgot to say it was a Dispute Resolution Hearing, not really sure how this kind of hearing works. Do they not have to disclose documents?
The court papers did state we had to supply documents 14 days before the hearing.
