  • Misfeasance and perverting the course of justice

Hello all. I was recently arrested at 4am whilst asleep for alleged Harrasment. I was asked to step outside after hearing a loud banging on my door. I was told I was under arrest. Three 'officers' jumped me, pepper sprayed me, double cuffed me, frisked me (despite me only wearing underpants), paraded me infront of my neighbours (human rights abuse) and dragged me away to custody. My child was asleep upstairs, they allowed my neighbour into my house without my consent. They have alleged concerns for my mental health and now my child has been placed in my ex partners care. The officers know her and have done this deliberately. I sustained numerous injuries from this arrest (i have pics), was refused medical examination at the station. I also had no private toilet facilities. I have not been charged.

I intend to persue them for misfeasance in public office. Where do I start? How do I prove they know each other?

Should I press charges for perverting the course of justice against the complainant? The officers? My ex? (complainant also knows my ex partner)

I have no doubt they are conspiring against me

    Thanks in advance
