  • Default Judgment - Can it be overturned?

    Hi

I was given a default judgment, and after discovering a document which shows fraud, I'd like to have it overturned if possible. Any advice would be welcomed if anyone can help. I am just about to try & fill in the N244 form.

I n your statement in support of the application you should detail the facts that you say amount to fraud. You should also detail the grounds on which you intend to defend the claim.
