  • Is this true?

Say you have non harassment orders in place (against yourself) and you feel someone wronged you, or maybe more than just one person had been doing it. What then?

If you want to pursue legal action of your own to get money for compensation, or to seek justice over apparent mistreatment, does this fall under a potential breach of that order, or orders?

My solicitor says that if you try to sue somebody in a civil court that has taken out or been granted one such order, that you cannot legally do so. I've always considered that to be quite shoddy, and evidently one-sided as well. But is that true?

You have not yet set out any proper basis for a claim.
It may appear to be a continuation of the struggle which you lost with the non-molestation orders.

Well, I know that. But I had a degree of evidence that people had been blackballing me, so I feel like this should have been used for my defense in the courtroom, during the occasions I had to attend of my own accord. This was stuff to do with the ex support workers I had at Autism Initiatives in Edinburgh, plus people related to low budget filmmaking who were deliberately costing me opportunities, due to a vendetta. Although I was going about my business, until this all happened.

This proof was screencapped and actually provided to my current lawyer on a USB drive a few years ago, which he later claimed to have lost. What the hell?

It's not looking as if there's anything I can do, really.

It doesn't seem right. But I decided to retire from talking about Resident Evil games online, as it was impacting my mental health too much. These trolls on various forums gave me countless grief too. Whenever I stated my opinions, they were heavily making a fool of everything I was saying. So sometimes you just have to take the hint. They're all skills on these websites in any case. So it's pointless to keep on spewing.
