I do not have a form in front of me, but it seeems obvious that the entry in the name box is the one.

OK thanks, just it says defendant in the box next to this which is the individual.

The reason I ask is I bought a faulty car from a trader, took them to court and got the ccj. When I filled out the form I listed as company x and the directors name

Im wondering if i can claim against the ditecor5himself as the sales paperwork does not show a business name. If so do I just use the slip rule and ask the court to amend.

It is the person unless you contracted with a limited company.

It was advertised by a ltd company but the sales. Paperwork has no name... Various emails and calls show the individual.. But emails also showing the ltd company?
