Could anyone tell me what a dispute resolution hearing is, and how it differs from a "normal" hearing? Also, can it be conducted face-to-face?

A Dispute Resolution Hearing is usually the second hearing within prvate proceedings within the family courts and the like.

Hi, the court document is at home, it is definitely a Count Court and not a family court, however, it will be with a judge via telephone. I will check the exact wording and revert back to you.
