  • Judgment order

    Hello,

I have received a judgment order against the claimant after filing to set aside file and attending court.
The claimant has not filed a new claim as requested and also has not paid. He keeps writing me emails that he will appeal, this and that. And in one email he offered me a payment plan of £5 monthly for a debt of over 2k. By the way he is a landlord with I think 6 HMO properties.

I would like to send him a warrant of control. Since I cannot do it online, can someone please advise how I do it via post??

many thanks Click image for larger version

I followed the webpage. Is it something only if you obtained a CCJ. At this time I only have a judgment order.

Since the claimant has not paid by the date, how will CCJ apply to him? DO I have to file CCJ to be applied for him?
