  • Change a remote county court hearing to a face to face meeting - Letter Template

    Hi

Does anyone have either a letter/email template or know of a form to change a remote hearing to a face-to-face hearing?

I have a hearing with one of the most hated companies in the UK.......... Lowell and I have, a bad internet connection where I live plus my laptop has just died

Thank you, your help is appreciated

Just write to the Court and Lowell's, explain that due to 'continuous internet connectivity' or lack of, the 'remote' hearing is not viable and as such you request that the hearing is a face to face hearing to make it 'equitable' for all parties concerned. You can email this to your local Court, phone them to confirm they've received it. I don't think there is a formal form you have to fill in to change 'venues'.

Thank you, I really appreciate your help.
I would rather face the unscrupulous, corrupt company that is Lowell, face-to-face
      Have a lovely day

          Hi Guys,

No reply from the court yet.

Telephoned them last week and they told me to resend the email with "Urgent" in the Title.

Have re-sent and awaiting a reply
