    CPR

    Hi I got court claim, I sent off to intend to defend it, and day 28 is tomorrow to file my defense.

    I sent a CPR part 18 request with 5 requests (gave them 14days) but I received a letter) refusing to hand over information in one paragraph.

    Practice Direction 18 para 5: you may apply for an order that the other party provide the information.

      So I got 14days after my part 18 to apply for this or is there no dead line to apply an order?
