    thamks for the reply again, ive basically asked them to atleast investigate it, theyre just basically revolting people to talk to, i got off the phone feeling like a criminal. they just cannot beleive that someone has been inpersonated, and their details used to obtain credit,, i really dont want to offer anything to them even though it would be done with, theyve already said via a email they cannot provide a default notice for the shop direct account so im hoping the judge sees through it when theres been no payments made by myself etc

              Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

              Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

              If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
