    I was ordered to pay a full amount loan in 14 days i completed my n245 form with an amount i can afford the claimant rejected this & yesterday the judge also rejected my claim on the grounds that payment ive offered wont cover the intrest or pay the debt off, ive got 14 days to pay £10 grand in full what do i do next as i dont have this i cant release equity in my home & bankruptcy isnt an option i am on a token payment plan with stepchange to my other creditors who are all being fine

    What is the debt?, a brief summary would be good.

    Did you fill in an income and expenditure form and send that to the Court with your N245?

    It's kind of irrelevant that it doesn't cover the interest or debt.
