court delays - any redress available?

I have a counterclaim in county court in small claims track on going for more than 3 years for no fault of own. Some reasons for the delay are.
- Covid backlog
- court incorrectly vacating my counterclaim when claimant did not pay the fee etc.

I still do not have a hearing date..is there any compensation available for me for the delays and how can I ask court to allocate a hearing pls?

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
