Civil Restraining Order

I have been issued a general civil restraining order GCRO from Mayor's And City Of London's court's for repeated claim's, I have had problem's with old landlord's
and have been trying to get, my money back the court have ordered the GCRO for 2 year's which is unfair can I appeal this?

You will need to get judge's permission before making any application to any county court or the High Court, or risk contempt of court charge and possibly jail!
