  • General Order Broken by the Court

I lost a court case 18months ago. However there was a general order made by the court for all documentation to be sent to me electronically and not via the post. This was requested by me. After the order was made the court sent me documents out on two separate occasions in the post and the defendant once. I have made a complaint to the court and it has now concluded and they have offered me £20 compensation. Is this acceptable?

Can anyone help? The court have now offered £50 so they know they’ve messed up.
