What I am concerned about is the loan agreement I unknowingly signed into, it states that the agreement they have with the course provider is to send them credit for the course and receive direct debit installments of £40 a week to a total of £7800 from myself.

There is a clause in the loan agreement that states upon cancellation I may be expected to pay for the credit agreement in full. I don't know if I have any legal grounds to refute this clause, I have cancelled the course immediately and thus wont be provided with the service the credit agreement was in relation to. Will this help me get out of the loan agreement
