    How many minutes allocated to present Claim and defence in court in N244 set aside?

    Roughly how many minutes do you have to present your case in an N244 application to set aside a CCJ?
    I have an online court appointment tomorrow. It's an MCOL case. Any replies much appreciated.

    The court usually states at time estimate when they send out the notice of hearing. If not, you should expect it to last between 40 and 60 minutes. It could be shorter if the claimant doesn't show up.
    Since qualifying as a solicitor over 20 years ago, I have specialised in advising clients on navigating the court system.

      I am in the process of writing a book about how to remove a CCJ. There is a chapter about preparing how to present your case at the hearing.
