Hi all, I’ve had judgement and applied for a warrant on 17/01 which was granted.
today’s update is that a ‘bar’ has been applied - can anyone tell me what this means please as judgment and warrant already granted.
no response from defendant (not even acknowledge of claim)
    thanks

    - a bar in place normally means an application or contact has been made to the court, so defendant may have applied to
set aside or vary the judgment and so a bar is in place to ensure you can't proceed while that's dealt with.

Your best bet is to give the court a call and ask the question
