Hi there,
My daughter who comes home now and again but mainly stays elsewhere has CCJs against her she is failing to keep up repayments on. I know I’m not liable for her debts but I’m scared bailiffs will come round and upset my younger children. Should I contact them and try to have my address removed from the records? Would they do that or is it too late? I’d like to sell my home this year also and I think I’d have to declare her CCJS?
it’s causing me so much stress but she won’t speak to the debt companies as she’s not interested at all and doesn’t care.
