Looking for some advice pls. I had a loan in my younger years approx 2000? I then moved house a couple of times and did not receive any letters chasing the debt. I purchased a property in 2003 and I am now selling to find out the arrow global have a charging order mad in 2009? I’m unsure of what the amount is and whether the debt should have been statute barred? Due to being more than 6 years old, but then not sure why the courts granted this? If I have to pay then so be it but really scared of what the amount is going to be with interest and how to go about paying it? Please help!

Hi HULSTONS
I think the thing to do is send Arrow Global a SAR, they will provide all the data on the account, they have 30 days to do that. Make sure you get Proof of Postage. It sounds like the Charging Order was sought within 6 years, 2003 - 2009.
