    really sorry for the late replies. Working in retail at this time of year is a right pain.

    I have drafted this to dcbl

    "I am willing to pay the original fee of £xxx.00 GBP.
    Adding £yy to the original £xxx invoice is an abuse of process and should be struck out as per Excel v Wilkinson 2 July 2020 (dropbox.com/Excel v Wilkinson.pdf)"

    I have also told DCBL, UKPC sent the original invoice and the reminder to my old address which I obviously never received so also couldn't appeal. DCBL have my new address which is how I even know about the charge... does this aid me in any way and could my email be worded a bit better?
