Update - ccj set aside
Update and a thanks for all advise.
After the company came back to me that they would never agree to a set aside until the amount owed was paid I explained that there would be no way I would pay it and risk affecting the judge's decision so we were at a stalemate.
The company responded that they had signed the draft order.
Got my letter today. Monday the order went before the judge and he approved it.
Paying the company this afternoon.
Thanks again for all the help.
If anyone know how long it takes from this point for the CCJ to be off the credit file please let me know.
