  • Amend POC

Defense hasn't been filed and I would like to add something to my original POC.
What is the best way to do this? Should I just write a paragraph that's to be added or shall I send the whole POC with added bits on it and tell the defendant briefly in the letter?
Of course, I'll send another N215 to the court too.

You'd need to apply to the court and pay the £255 fee but I doubt the court would grant it if the defence has been filed.

As far as I know, it hasn't been filed yet. Would that be N244 which I need to send as well as N215?
