ostell - I received a DQ from solicitor yesterday-29/09. But upon checking the MCOL, the last event was 'Your defence was received on 31/08/2021', no information about DQ event either online or post sofar from court.

I hope I don't have to respond anything to solicitor?

I received a DQ on this claim finally from court and the last transaction on this case was 'Your defence was received on 31/08/2021' as per MCOL online.

I'm not sure whether this claim is still valid after a very long time (nearly 3 months since the defence) and please advise if DQ still needs to be filled and sent to court?

Thanks ostell - If I plan to act as a lay representative (as my Mrs can't handle it herself and I'll be helping and I'm not qualified legal professional) along with the defandant, Should I answer as 2 for , question D3, 'How many witnesses, including yourself, will give evidence on your behalf at the hearing?'

or put as 1, and later inform the court accordingly (that I'll act as lay representative) please?
