I have received a letter from from Northampton County Court Business Centre in relation to a parking fine in a pub car park. I have not received any paperwork relating to this fine previously and have never made contact with any parking enforcement company regarding this, I do park in this pub's car park and have done for around 10 years until I recently moved, can anyone provide some info/help in what my next step should be in this matter.

So shortly after 5 days acknowledge the claim using the details and password on the form. Nothing in the defence, This gives you 33 days to get your defence to the court.
SAR the the Parking company
CPR 31.14 request to the solicitor demanding copies of all documents they will be using. PCN and copies of the signs used to create the alleged contract.
If you have a PCN then post up a redacted copy but leave dates.
Nothing much can be done to help until there is more info

I have acknowledged the claim and sent the relevant paperwork, I have also requested copies of all documents this was done 10 days ago but I have not recieved anything back from either the parking company, its solicitor or from Northampton County Court Business Centre. Any advice on what to do next would be appreciated.

Most claim forms have claimant and solicitor at the top left, solicitor field is usually given as address for service or communication. The form has a name bottom left. Is that what you are talking about? So where did you address the CPR request?
So you say you have moved. Did you update the registered keeper details on your V5 with the DVLA?
Why are you waiting for something from the court? The court are waiting for your defence.

I have now recieved documentation in relation to this issue the pictures only show my car entering and leaving the car park at a 40 minuite interval. There is no pictures of the signage that was in place at the time as I didnt see any when I drove in the car park and other people have complained about the same thing lack of signage. I did drive past the pub the other day and the signs are everywhere now really clear but they wasnt back then.
