Here is our guide template - you will need to heavily amend the middle section to make it work for these circumstances. Can you put together a rough draft and then we can make any edits necessary please?
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

      Thankyou how’s this
In the Northampton County Court Business Centre

      DEFENCE

1.The Defendant received the claim xxxxxxx from the Northampton County Court on 07/07/2021

2.Each and every allegation in the Claimants statement of case is denied unless specifically admitted in this Defence.

3.This claim appears to be for a Loan agreement regulated under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

4.It is admitted that the Defendant has previously entered into an agreement with 118118 for provision of credit.

5.The Claimants statement of case fails to give adequate information to enable me to properly assess my position with regards the claim.

6.The Claimant’s Particulars of Claim states the agreement was entered into on or about 26/12/2014

7.The Claimants statement of case states that the account was assigned from xxxxx to Xxxxxx on 01/05/2019 The Defendant does not recall receiving notice of this assignment.

8.The Defendant respectfully requests the courts to order the claimant to withdraw this claim on the basis of a previous claim xxxxxxx for the same debt (court date ) and that this claim is an error and therefore respectfully request for it to be struck out.

I would put point 8 at point 4 or 5 instead of 8. It’s pretty important to draw attention to that point primarily.
