Dcbl Ltd notice of debt recovery - Following a CCJ

Hi Guys,

I am hoping for a bit of advice.

So I received the below letter today from a fine i had some years ago. I also received a CCJ for it around 2 years ago, as I did not respond to the claim (silly I know). The letter does state on the second page that 'This case is not subject to high court or bailiff action'. What I want to know is, do I have to pay this and do I have to respond? If I don't will they send Bailiffs to my house for the money?.

Any help will be hugely appreciated on this one. I really am sorry if i could have gotten this info from the stickie. It was all too much.
