  • I have 4 existing ccjs currently from Excel Parking and UKPC Issued on 2019 and 2020

    Hi everybody,

I would like some guidance please, I have checked my credit report last year and to my surprise and shock found out I have 4 ccjs. When I called Northampton business centre they had told me the ccjs are for 2016 overstaying in a supermarket carpark. This is now £185 from Excel, the next one is Excel parking again in 2016 for a different vehicle £185 the next one is UKCP £268 in 2018 and the other is excel parking 2016 for £185.

Now I did not receive any letters as I was not living at the address the vehicles were registered to, I was homeless and had no fixed address. I want to get a consent order to remove the judgement or get it set aside.

I am also currently receiving letters from DCBL for referral for enforcement for 2 of the current judgement ccjs on my credit file. So as you can see its not a good situation to be in, I want to clear my credit score to hopefully take out a mortgage.

Please any advise would be appreciated.
