County County for PCN, CCA?

    County County for PCN, CCA?

    Hi,

    I received a County Court letter today, having read a lot of the previous trends, I have completed the Acknowledgment of Service on the Money Claim website.

    The only question I have is when sending a CPR 31.14 Request Letter and SAR Letter to the lawyer and the traffic enforcement company. Would you also suggest I send a CCA letter too for proof of the alleged agreement ?

    CPR to the solicitor, SAR to to the parking company. What CCA? There is not one, this is for an alleged breach of contract

      Thanks Ostell, thought so but saw other post that asked for CCA and wasn't sure if this was needed or not.

      Thank you for your prompt reply, I have seen a lot of the posts with your replies. I will send the above as subjected.

      Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

      Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

      If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
