Hi.
We are being taken to court by a guy who 'refurbished' our bathroom. To cut a long story short the workmanship was appalling. We gave him the chance to put it right but he didn't so we sought advice. While we were seeking advice he decided to take us to court.
We have counter claimed for the cost of replacing the tiles (the whole bathroom, pipework included is having to be replaced). We will hopefully be able to reuse the suite we bought.
We're not sure he is going to go through with it knowing what evidence we have against him. If he doesn't what will happen to our counter claim.
