help please we have recently awarded in our favour £5160 by the sheriffs court in scotland after a contract of sale was broken by the defendant , she sheriff officers hand delivered the order to pay and that final date to do so has passed so what do we do now to take it further the defendant has previous legal history for fraud and it is obvious that he will not pay up so where does that leave us , he is solvent which is a bonus but any help will be appreciated
