If the opportunity arises, you might mention that you have dealt throughout with what you believed and were entitled to believe, was a solicitor firm. but that this entity has only recently confirmed that it is not a solicitor firm.

efpom I won!!!!! She said they had failed to follow the Court with directions, she was not satisfied with the prospect of success at trial and the application was dismissed.

Further she awarded costs of £130.00 to myself to be added to the Judgement and to be paid within 21 days and having to take yet another day off from my job in the NHS.

I just want to thank you for all your help and members of this site.

The Defendant has just rang me and asked for my bank details. Once again thank you and I can put this stress behind me.

"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

Well done - it's been a long, hard road for you.

Is the car still in your possession?
