    Please help Estate Administrator- funds

    Hi, can someone advise if as beneficiary to an estate I have a right to ask the estate administrator access to the funds to use for legal aid? My brother has access to all funds and is using this for his own solicitor and gain. I have no legal help and not enough funds to pay for my own solicitor. Do I have any right to ask to use the estate funds as he is? The estate funds sign off/approval is now going to high court to be signed off and I have no way of paying for any legal aid.

    If your brother has been granted access then it seems only right that you should have same access. Have you asked ?
