  • CCJ from TM Legal - Advice needed please

    Hi everyone,
Hope you can advise me, I have been receiving many emails from TM legal which I ignored for sometimes, while I was struggling financially, unemployed, and no place to live.
I have CCJ that went into in old address back in 2019.
I found out through credit report that I have a CCJ filed against me and now I might get an attachment of earnings (see sample of email they sent me below). I am worried and stressed that they will go to my employer.
I want to solve this problem now. They did try to settle the amount of the CCJ last month for 70% by email but I missed out on the date.
Please advise the best course of action. Should I get in touch with the court? Should I request again the reduced amount with them directly? I can afford to settle the reduced amount in one payment.
    Thank you in advance.

This communication acts as a pre-notification of an application of enforcement:
We have been instructed to review your case in view of making an Attachment of Earnings application to the County Court – the first stage of which will mean passing your account to our preferred third-party supplier to obtain your up to date contact details and employment information.

    Hi there,
I got again a reduced CCJ settlement offer. But I learned you can't partially settle a CCJ even if agreed.
