How do I claim for my costs including the £19 per hour litigant in person fee?

I suppose I send the N260 Statement of Costs to the Court and Defendant after Judgement is made? Anything else I should know, what if they dont pay?

You need to submit your costs at least 24 hours before any final hearing, but if the claim is less than 10k, it will likely fall into the small claims track where the winner does not automatically get their legal 'costs' in victory. It will be up to the judge to decide if she awards any costs at all, but it is more likely in cases where the losing party has behaved unreasonably.
Don't worry about the N252, thats for when there is a costs hearing to dispute legal costs (between represented parties usually).
