    Advice

    Hi ive today received a Court Order for a small cliam i have against me, it is a BTMeet Me telephone 30 min hearing.
    Now as this is a Dispute resolution hearing by phone i will not i feel benefit from this and have i the right to ask for a stay until a hearing at court is available as the order was made without a hearing?

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
