  • Lowell asking for more than agreed at mediation

Hi folks, I had the mediation call today I agreed to pay £5 monthly and the debt was halved. I received the email afterwards from the mediator stating the payments agreed etc. Around 2hrs later I have an email from Lowell who mention something about a company called lucas credit services and say's I'm to pay first payment of £75 by the agreed first payment date? Do I ignore and just pay the £5? Do I give them a call? Would this come under them breaching the agreement straight away? Maybe it's a mistake there end I've no Idea.

Contact them and ask them why they are deviating from the mediated agreement.
