  • Application to court small claims court(help)

Hi, hopefully, someone could assist me on how to write an application to the court, my hearing was original scheduled for March & since then been cancelled then again scheduled until the most recent letter i received from the court stated my hearing has been listed by telephone for approx 30 minutes.
This case started last year in September and I have been through a difficult time since then so no way can I accept a hearing on the phone for 30mins meaning 15 mins each to talk. how do I go about this? and is it an application to court I have to fill in and send? if someone could assist, id be grateful!
    Thanks, Effy
