Hi all,
I have an outstanding small claims case for around £7k which is against a solicitor, they have stated that they wish to allocate from small claims to fast track (to recover costs).
I was wondering what costs are recoverable? The case is fairly simple and the only reason to change to fast track would be to try and put in a large cost claim to try and remove the claim.
I have had a read through CPR 45 and in particular Table 9, which lists £690.00 for fixed costs trail costs but have seen numbers of between £20k to £30k so wondered if I had missed anything (such as as time charge factor)
